I would really want to say thank you for reviving this place. I personally felt a change in myself and could even see the change in others. The training which was conduct is really an eye opener and had created a self awareness to individuals whereby in every organization it is a definite in having conflicts and back stabbing each other which eventually became a “contagious disease” in everyone working lifestyle. By having attending this training it had really gave a wake up call to everyone and it did made a realization.
During the training session, I would say by you being the facilitator; showing the passion, expression and giving examples of scenarios which were carried out in the group session; it really gave an additional “booster” to everyone. Only if the training were to be conducted in a normal training session which is been held by many other training providers I doubt the message would have passed through our minds and would have just forgotten. Moreover, this training became much more effective and interesting; when individuals were requested to form a group of their own & to spread the message which has been learned from the trainers, this really made the training to be more interesting.
