Why is DC training methodology more effective than standard training methodology or tools?

To understand the effectiveness of any training methodology, it is important to understand how adult learner learns. It has been said that on average, we remember: 20% of what we read, 30% of what we hear, 40% of what we see, 50% of what we say, 60% of what we do and 90% of what we see, hear, say and do. Most of us have our learning preferences; visual, auditory or kinesthetic. Multi-sensory learning provides the best chance for successful, long lasting learning for the majority. A good example will be remembering lyrics of songs during a karaoke session. We get to see and read the lyrics and images on the screen, listen to the music and sing along. Our whole brain is also actively involved when we listen to the song; our left brain attending to the words while our right brain attending to the melody. Remembering lyrics in a karaoke session is easier as it involves multi-sensory.
